With the evolution of the Information and Communication Technology, ICT, society lives a processing due to increased computational tools and the virtual world, the internet or cyberspace, which extends the real world to the virtual. Real and virtual environments to consolidate and reduce the distance and time, and new users join every day in this universe. The Internet of Everythings ( IoT ) emerges as a new frontier of cyberspace where, users, objects, and various other equipment will be directly interconnected, increasing the flow of information, data and accessibility to the virtual world, with the inclusion of direct Internet connection by a plethora of new computing devices inserted in this new context. This study sought to analyze the current scenario of cyberspace and prospects with the migration to the Internet of Everythings, demonstrating the realistic tendency of objects connected to the World Wide Web, which increase in an exponential quantitative access opportunities for this cyberspace and after these surveys, pointed to the various ways of using the teaching and learning processes. A survey was done in several references dealing with the issue, seeking to demonstrate the concept and its characteristics, presenting data on the increase in traffic information on the worldwide web and expansion of connectivity mechanisms, as well as future forecasts and trends. This was followed with proposals and guidelines for the development and application of IoT in education, with suggestions of using this new virtual stage for expansion of knowledge. At the end, it concludes that it is a new theme and a multitude of perspectives and advantages for the educational process and one should thus continue to study and research this new strand seeking to consolidate the gains for education.
